Start with your goal
Farm land and N/A plots are both land, but they are bought for different reasons. The right choice depends on what you want the land to do for you over the next five to ten years.
What N/A plots are for
An N/A plot is land that has been converted for non-agricultural use. That conversion is what allows you to build on it. If your plan is to construct a home, a villa or a small commercial space, an N/A plot in a layout with roads and utilities planned is the more direct route.
What farm land is for
Farm land suits buyers who want open space, a weekend retreat or a long-term land holding. It is usually larger and sits further from the city. Rules on what can be built and how the land can be used differ, so always confirm them before you buy.
How to decide
Ask three questions. Do I want to build soon? Do I want a managed layout with ready access, or open land I can shape myself? And how long am I comfortable holding the land? A plot you will build on points to N/A. A long-term holding you want to enjoy points to farm land.
